10) How to exercise your rights

You (or your authorized agent, where permitted) can submit a request by:

  • Using the Manage Cookies / Opt-Out control provided by our Complianz banner/preferences (for opt-outs related to cookies/“sale”/“sharing”).

  • Emailing communications@txcouncil.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describing your request (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, limit sensitive PI). We will verify your identity (and authority, if you are an agent) before acting on the request.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to contact your state Attorney General.

The Website may link to third-party websites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party sites or tools.

Disclosures about tools we use (for transparency)
