Download the App

Get the 2024 Texas Council Conference event app to use onsite! As a reminder, use of the app is required to earn continuing education credits.

The app can also be easily found in your app store by searching “Texas Council Conference.”

Sign in to the app with your email address used to register for the conference and the password: txcc2024

You may be asked for permission to use your location and access your camera and images.

• Both permissions are optional to use the app.
• Location permissions are not necessary for our event.
• Providing access to your camera and images will allow you to post photos to your profile and the event activity feed.

Continuing Education (CE) App Process

1. Check in at the beginning of the session.
   1. To check in, “Join” the session first by tapping the + button on the Agenda, or by tapping the session and tapping “Join” at the bottom of the page.
   2. The “Check In” button will become available to tap 15 minutes before and after the session start time. Then enter the unique 4-digit code provided by the speakers and the room monitor.
2. Participate in the full session. You will be automatically checked out at the end of the session.
3. After the session, complete the evaluation survey.
4. Once requirements are met (check-in and evaluation), a green check mark will appear next to the session in your Agenda to signify successful completion.
5. Additional requirement for CME/CNE/PD for Psychologists credits only: Complete and return the required credit claim form. The form can be found at the CEU Desk in the Texas Ballroom Foyer.
6. Certificates will be emailed after the conference to the email address provided in registration.
